• This news article is talking about the Tampa Bay Rays, they recently sold mayor players of their team and they had won a lot with that team with really low budget. They've changed the teams name and colors, all of this, in the pursue of a new stadium. The important question here is, how much money will they make out of the stadium?
• The stadium is really expensive and the main problem is whether or not they get the sufficient funds to build a proper stadium for the city. In many other cities they raise taxes in hotels, parking, car rentals in order to change the equation of the stadiums's budget and make the city more beautiful.
• The real problem is for the team and it's fans, because they will suffer if they don't come up with a good equation to build a good stadium.

• The problem here is for most people that have low income in Miami, some people are still paying their rent, but eating less, in order to keep having a home, what's really alarming is that number rises every year more aggressively, meaning that more people will go onto the streets.

• People who really are affected because of this are the Americans, they're the ones being less competitive in the social aspect compared to the rest of the world, and the one's that have to fix this is our generation.

• The article talks about how climate change is a real threat to our society as a whole. They compare it with the Soviet union threat, as if in 1950's a party would know that Russians had missiles pointing to us and would tell it to people and the others parties would say it is "too expensive" or that "there's not enough evidence". I'm pretty sure that if that were the case, American people would act at once, but it is climate change, so who care's right?
• The problem here is that if we don't act fast, the world may come to an end, and by our hands. Worrying thing is that half of the most resourceful country in the world think it's a lie, and that makes the most resourceful country not helping as they should for the world to keep being.
• The problem here is face by the whole world as a society, and mostly as Americans, because we are the ones who have to put up a fight so our resources are being invested in future generations.
