9A - Testing the Hypothesis, Part 2
1. Florencio Wilches. My interview with Florencio went pretty well. We discussed about Gainesville problems and we talked about the many accidents that occur every week in Gainesville. He's heard that there are more than 5 accidents a week and that a solution should be encountered. He feels that as a society, we could be doing more.
2. Jorge Quintana. My interview with Jorge was pretty interesting, he's one my best friends. He has a car a drives around Gainesville a lot, with Jorge I was able to see the students perspective on traffic. Sometimes Jorge thinks laws are to strict for him, he thinks that the government should be more soft with respect to tickets. Sometimes he thinks that officer are to strict with him, and that direct interaction could be avoided.
3. Andres Suarez. I really enjoyed interviewing Andres. He has great ideas about how traffic should be developed in the times to come. I presented my idea to him, we spoke about car and street connections, and how that idea can be developed further. He thinks that the idea is a win for the whole society because everyone would benefit from better drivers.
4. Luis Moreno. Luis enjoyed the interview as much as I did. He's applying for a job in the Government and he thinks that in the passing of the years he may be able to pursue this opportunity of improving drivers driving behavior. He believes that people will be motivated by this idea and that it can be further developed by society.
5. Marcio Barriento. Marcio thinks that there are many irresponsible drivers and that stricter laws would really help. Marcio drives his motorcycle a lot. He says that he's feared for his life more than once because of irresponsible drivers. An improvement in the impositions of laws would suit perfect for his situation.
Inside the Boundary
-Who is in:
People that are upset because of traffic,
people that find traffic dangerous, people that drives bikes.
-What the need is:
It's to provide further safety for
the people in the streets.
-Why the need exists:
The need exist because the streets are dangerous,
a lot of people die in the streets and not even with all
the technology we have, we've been able to stop it.
Outside the Boundary:
-Who is out:
People with no concerns about street safety, and
people that don't want stricter laws.
-What the need is not:
A system that would just charge more to
the people instead of actually helping driver irresponsibility.
-Alternative explanation:
People are conscious when they're doing a problem,
they don't want stricter laws.

Hey Juane! Nice job with your post!! I like how you included the interview responses..it gives the reader of the blog the perspective of the outsiders of your target audience. This is important to identify because you want to try and get these people to desire the product your selling. Especially since they are right outside the threshold for your market.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI think you did a wonderful job on this assignment. It sounds like you got a lot of good feedback from the individuals that you were able to interview. In addition, I can tell that you got your feedback from different types of sources. Some people were more interested in the government side of things. Some people were for interested in the safety or the statistics of the information.
Overall, great job!
