16 A- What's your secret Sauce?
- I’m a great company and friend.
- I believe I’m good managing numbers.
- I’m very loyal to the people that give me their loyalty
- I’m have traveled the world a lot so I think I can merge into pretty much any culture, which gives me the ability to do more friends and contacts.
- I know French, Spanish, and English.
5 Interviews.
- I first interviewed my big brother. I think he’s one of the guys that knows me the most in this world. My big brother thinks that I’m great at relating with people, he thinks that I’ve got the ability to connect with people easy, he says I’m a funny guy so it’s easier for me to engage in more conversations
- For my second interview, I interviewed my big sister, I have a family of five so finding people wasn’t hard at all. I FaceTimed her and started asking questions about myself. She thinks that I’m a very organized and responsible guy and she thinks that makes me stand out from the rest of people. She thinks that my skills to relate are also something to remark.
- For my third interview, I called my mother. She thinks that I’m really emotionally intelligent, she started telling me stories from when I was a kid. She said that I used to be very mad as a child and that know I’m always happy and I try not to get mad for silly things. She thinks that makes me intelligent emotionally.
- For my fourth interview, I interview my cousin, which is also my roommate. I asked him about my qualities and what does he think about me. He says that I’m a very kind human being, with a big heart for others. He thinks that being kind is a great business skill, because a lot of people reach to greatness solely for being kind.
- Lastly, I interviewed my father. I asked him about myself and he says I’m a very responsible guy, he says that I”m a very conscious person, that I care for others as much as I care for myself. He says that those qualities are essential as a businessman, and that it’s important that people also notice that.
Reflection:
What differs form what my interviews say about me and what I think about me us that I that those ideas from me are a little past gone. I do agree with the fact that I’m very kind with others, going though my college years I’ve become a little more disordered form what they think.

Juan,
ReplyDeleteI think the five qualities you listed as what sets you apart from others are all great attributes that when combined are something unique to you. While you mentioned that you believe you have strayed away a little from what your family members identified you as, I am sure some of the things they mentioned may just be a little lost right now, not totally gone. I think a lot of the attributes that you family members named relate to the ones you listed for yourself; however, it is hard for them to perfectly line up. Great post!
Hi Juan,
ReplyDeleteYour interviewees obviously think highly of you and the traits they said you have are all great. I was impressed with how you were able to still be realistic with yourself even after all the praise. I agree with you that college has caused me to become a little disordered too and has changed how I do things. I enjoyed learning more about you.
Hi Juan,
ReplyDeleteBased off of your interviews, you seem like a very admirable person. Also, your five traits that you listed that set you apart from others are very interesting. I like how you interviewed people that are extremely close to you and know you best which results in very genuine answers. You did a very good job with this assignment.
