20A – Growing Your Social Capital
Domain Expert
1.  One person must be a domain expert in your industry.
Then first per\son that I interviewed is a politician in Ecuador, he is the major of a medium sized city in Ecuador. He manages a lot of resources and that's why I spoke with him. He was an expert on the industry because he is the one managing most of the resources that are destined for things such as street investment. He is young and it's pretty interesting that he's open for many ideas.
2. One person must be an expert on your market.
The other person I chose was a friend that's in the technology industry a lot. I choose him because he know a lot about technology a virtual intelligence and that's what will monitor this product through and make it successful, he will analyze the product and see if it's profitable and it can be a reality.
3. One person must be an important supplier to your industry.
The person that I choose to be the supplier contact is Victor Haon he works at a steel company, he is a very interactive human being. The product needs a lot of steel so we would need a supplier like these, he understands the business and can make the product we need to.
Reflect:
I really enjoyed these interviews because they made me out into a lot of perspective to my product.

Hi Juan!
ReplyDeleteIt was super enjoyable to read the feedback you received conducting interviews. I think all three interviewees were appropriate for both of the expert and supplier categories as they definitely seem to fit your opportunity. It was also nice to see you enjoyed doing the interviews; this process has certainly been long so it is great to see your motivation! Great job!
