Rare: It is rare because many business fail because of poor management 
Imitable: We will have an easy organizable way 
Non substitutable: It can't be substituted because 0of the way we do it
2. Respecful attitude
Valuable: It is valuable because it makes the workers fell better
Rare: Not a lot of people these days are completely respectful
imitable: We will have our own way to treat people better and 
Non-subtitutable: It cant be substituted because we will make it dynamic.
3. Best Qualitiy, Guaranteed.
Valuable: It's valuable because it gives the customer confidence 
Rare: Not many businesses are worried about the quality 
imitable: It will be our won kind of quality 
Non-subtitutable: It wont be easily substituted because it's a new product.
4. Friendly attitude
Valuable: It's valuable because it help take the stress out of your employees
Rare: It's rare because not anyone can act friendly
imitable: It's not easily imitable because it's authentic
Non-subtitutable: I really think not many can substitute this because it's a new way to run things
5. Social media expertise.
Valuable: It's valuable because social media is very valuable today
Rare: It's rare because it although some people know, not that much as me a milenial.
Imitable: It;s not an easily imitable feature.
Non-subtitutable: Not everyone can substitude my expertise in the field.
6. Importance for the consumer
Valuable: It's valuable because it's the most important thing to do.
Rare: It's rare because not anyone cares about the customer.
Imitable:  It's not the easy thing to imitate

7. Great customer support
Valuable:It's valuable  because social media is very valuable today
Rare: It's rare because every business doesn't do it
imitable:It will be our won kind of quality 
Non-subtitutable: It's a thing that's being lost in the past
8. Keep customer happiness
Valuable: It's valuable because it creates profit.
Rare:Not a lot of people these days are completely respectful
Imitable: It's not an easy way to do it
Non-subtitutable:Not everyone can substitude my expertise in the field.
9. Contacts in the government 
Valuable: It's valuable to do business
Rare: Not eveyone has contacts in the government 
imitable: Not ieveryone can imitate our same model 
Non-subtitutable: You can' substitute someone with contacts in the government 
10. Contstruction experience
Valuable:It's valuable because social media is very valuable today
Rare:Not a lot of people these days are completely respectful
imitable: It's not imitable because we do it the best way.
Non-subtitutable: Not everyone can substitute my expertise in the field.
My top resource:
My top resource is to keep my customers happy, providing the best quality to my customer, so they keep coming back. by that I mean never failing my customers and give them those extras that everyone like to enjoy.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed your post. I think you did a great job identifying your "unfair advantage". I agree that having connections in the government will be huge. I said in my post that having contacts/connections is one of the most important factors in a successful business. Also, having experience with social media will be great for advertising and staying connected with your customer base. Great post!
