24A – Venture Concept No. 1

The opportunity:

The opportunity that I've been pursuing is to create a system that perfectly gives citation to law breakers. I believe that I foresaw this opportunity because I believe that there are many accidents caused by people that don't respect the traffic laws. In fact, one third of the accidents are caused by people that are irresponsable driving. With the technology that we have nowadays, as a society we have the ability to have more secure streets and that's what this product/service will provide to our customers. The unmet need of the consumers that I saw here was the not desired stress caused by irresponsable drivers, and that's important for important people. This product aims to top class places.




The innovation aspect:

My innovation of my system is that is something completely new, it innovates a new way to see the streets and the infractions. I believe that the police officers will have more time to catch the real thieves, so I believe that the product is a game changer for the whole society. To keep my product safe i will patent it so they can't take our idea. The product will include sensors that will inmeadeatly send the citation of someone is going something wrong, such as speeding, or passing a red light, your car will automatically beep telling you that you've been fined and so on. 






The venture concept:


The venture concept is to innovate the way we drive today. I believe this is a great step towards a better society. With this product the consumer will learn it the hard way, because there's no escape from it. The concept is to change the way we drive, to have safer driving, leading to less stress in the society as a whole. I want that this product offers quality of service, that when the product is implemented people will praise the product, having the society together in the idea that we have to drive safely for everybody's own safety. This is what I want for my business, that people see innovation and strong technology. I personally would love to implement this here in Gainesville, i really love this town and wouldn't change it for anything.

    Hi Juan!

    Your opportunity is certainly something I believe everyone can unfortunately relate to. I do not live in Gainesville- Tallahassee rather, but still a college town and it seems like 3/5 vehicles that are on the road are not obeying or respecting traffic etiquette. Your customer segment with the unmet need would definitely be the drivers who feel the stress of sharing the roads with other ill-driving citizens. Great post!

Business name: Systematic streets The opportunity : In order to understand my venture concept, we should first understand the unmet needs that I want to help the society solve. My product involves solving the drivers wreck-less driving in the cities and in the country side. I travel a lot to big cities, and the major problem that i see is that people are stressed out for the most of the time because of endless traffic and wreck-less driving and that's what this product is trying to solve for the people. 26A – Celebrating Failure

1) Thought this semester, there has been many times in which I think i'm not going to hold more, that it's to difficult for me and that I needed to give up. Wether it was this class or the other there has been challenges this semester. In this class I've mostly learned that things must be handed on time. I have missed a couple of assignments because of the date, for example the cupcake which is at 12pm on Mondays was easy to miss when I first started this class. I also struggled with the URL submitting, sometimes things are not hard, but they demand responsibility, that's something I've learned in this class. Also in my marketing class, I've taken tree difficult exams and it has not been easy.
