25A – WHAT’S NEXT?

Step 1:

  • I believe that what should be my next step is to sell my ideas to a technological company that wants to sell the product

Step 2: Interviews with people with technological experience.

  • Interview #1:  In this interview we spoke about the posibilities that these idea has, and if it is viable for the business.

  • Interview #2: In this interview i spoke with my friend that studying enginiering and we spoke a while of the importance of the product and he told me it was a great idea.

  • Interview #3: My last interview went fin, he advised me to look for a good team of investors for my idea.

Step 3:

The path I see for the future of my business is to sell the product to someone in the government. It is important to attract someone that has power to invest state funds. First I need a big amount of money to start this business because it cost a lot of money to start because it implies using sharp technology.

Then, once I got the money develop the product with the new creative company that we will employ to do the technological part.

                                                                      New Market

Step 1:In the new market I'd like to target new countries, new people, because I believe this could be greatly done in expensive countries, such as Switzerland, or Quatar.

Step 2: I believe that if I open up to new market with people that have more money if can launch the product to the whole world, because people that have money want more comfort and that is the goal of the product.

Step 3: Two interviews for my new market.

  • Interview 1: This interview was really helpful, because it was someone that had knowledge in the political field. we talked about important things, such as were is the money destined to, and how politicians manage the money and give that money for public infrastructure.

  • Interview 2: In this interview I spoke with my dad, which is in the building business in Ecuador, I believe that his criteria is important because he knows a lot of construction, he has made a couple of roads in Ecuador and he knows how the money is destined for this projects, we spoke on how to get the proper investments.

Step 4:

From my interviews I really learned a lot from how to move in the business environment of the public investments. I learned that to start a new product, you must be patient and that it must be done patiently. I learned that politics and business go hand in hand with my product.

  1. Juan,
I can tell that you were able to take away some great advice and lessons from talking with the professionals and experienced people that you interviewed. Putting your ideas into action can be tricky, especially with us being such novices with little business-building experience. However, I can tell you will do great by your close attention to detail.
    Great job!
