29A – Venture Concept No. 2
Business name: Systematic streets
In order to understand my venture concept, we should first understand the unmet needs that I want to help the society solve. My product involves solving the drivers wreck-less driving in the cities and in the country side. I travel a lot to big cities, and the major problem that i see is that people are stressed out for the most of the time because of endless traffic and wreck-less driving and that's what this product is trying to solve for the people. I'm first trying to impose this market for my country, Ecuador, which is were I'm from, is a small country and it can suit very well for this type of opportunities, we can test the product there and see how it goes.
The innovation aspect:
Taking my ideas into action is the first move I would make for this opportunity. This opportunity has many faces, to begin we first need to invest in a technology that can put these ideas into place. The main idea of the concept is to monitor driver behavior by an automated street system. The system will know every cars step by a router connection the car has with the wheels. This system has not been used in any other country so that's what makes it so innovative. Another thing that makes it innovative is the fact that we are going to develop a new sharp technology that will be able to provide the service with quality.
The venture concept:
As I kind of explained up there, the venture concept consists on an automated system that can read and track the exact trajectory, as a purpose for investigation and a form to gives infractions the wreck-less drivers. I now this venture requires massive inversion and capital, but let's say I can gather that much money, and the only way the would approve it by me showing them a good project. We''ll definitely need a big team. The first step is to join a team of tech savy's, so they can figure out a way to do the mechanism, but you can still get the idea of what I want to do. This is a product that must be sold to the government, so our next step would be to join in talks with the government on how to proceed with the contracts, then testing is the product would actually pop.
The feedback:
I received on comment on my original venture concept. The comment said that most people can relate to this unmet need ( which is controlling wreck drivers) and that if this venture concept would be implemented it would be very nice.
What I changed:
Well I tried to explain further the venture, setting more examples and explaining the concept a little further. In my opinion, in the first venture I was missing some things like describing the concept at more further instance.

ReplyDeleteYour venture concept is so awesome! This is a topic that I feel like a lot of people consider and talk about, but not many people take intentional action on fixing the issue at hand. I think it's awesome that you were able to not only recognize the problem in America but also contribute a personal connection with your idea and opportunity through Ecuador. Your layout was very organized and clear, which helped a lot!

ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job with this assignment. I found your venture concept to be very interesting. I think your idea would be extremely helpful to people all over the world. I am from Houston Texas, so I experienced large traffic jams too many times to count. A product like yours could change the game!
