This opportunity is not an easy one to exploit, it will make it easier if you have bank credit, or capital investment, but for people with lower income I find it difficult. I formed the belief that an opportunity exists in this scenario, even though some people may not agree, because when income flows into the State, that brings more Capital, which will lead to more construction and infrastructure, which means even more opportunity. They've changed the teams name and colors, all of this, in the pursue of a new stadium. The important question here is, how much money will they make out of the stadium? The stadium is really expensive and the main problem is whether or not they get the sufficient funds to build a proper stadium for the city. When I was in high school, they used to sell brownies, drinks, snacks, until the state forbid the schools from selling, I took advantage of the opportunity and starting making my own brownies and sell them to mi friends, and I used to do a lot of money. 1. There's no delivery service for goods at night in Gainesville.  It exists because nobody has thought about it.  2. It bugs me that they don't serve meals on breakfast hours in Mc Donalds it exist because the manager and people running it haven't realized the problem. 3. It bugs me that apple products tend to fail in 2 years or so. it exist because people still buy their products because of their brand 4. It bugs me that there's not an app to wash my clothes.
